QUIESCENCE 01/ TEMPELHOF

Right before the closing down of famous formar Airport Tempelhof in Berlin I got the opportunity to visit and photograpgh this historic building which is one of the biggest buildings in groundsize in europe.Its architecture and serene beauty was created by A. Schinkel in the 1930s and is unmet in its historic context and architectural beauty. Right after worldwar 2, this Airport served well for american airplanes to bring food and supplies to the starving people of Berlin.
